MCF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FER1L5, IFNL2, and ZBTB45. Each is linked with MCF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FER1L5 grouped by MCF2-low versus MCF2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
