MCEE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCEE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCEE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M4, RNU6-1307P, and RNU2-16P. Each is linked with MCEE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCEE-to-partner and partner-to-MCEE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M4 grouped by MCEE-low versus MCEE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCEE→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCEE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
