MCCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERBIN, NUDT12, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with MCCC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC2-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCCC2 versus ERBIN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
