Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,848 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO1, SEMA7A, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with MCCC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC2-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCCC2 versus MT-CO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
