MCCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,424 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAUR, LOX, and TREM1. Each is linked with MCCC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC1-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCCC1 versus PLAUR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
