Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,948 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-leucine metabolic process, L-leucine catabolic process, and Maintenance of centrosome location. Each is linked with MCCC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC1-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC1 results are reported.
