MCCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, MS4A13, and SEL1L2. Each is linked with MCCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC1-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by MCCC1-low versus MCCC1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
