Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, SHMT2, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with MCC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCC-to-partner and partner-to-MCC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by MCC-low versus MCC-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
