Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,967 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, and RNA folding. Each is linked with MCAT in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCAT-to-partner and partner-to-MCAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly grouped by MCAT-low versus MCAT-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
