Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A5, CFHR2, and REM1. Each is linked with MCAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCAT-to-partner and partner-to-MCAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A5 grouped by MCAT-low versus MCAT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
