MCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,159 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PXDN, LAMA4, and LAMB1. Each is linked with MCAM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCAM-to-partner and partner-to-MCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCAM versus PXDN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
