MCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-23, MIR449B, and RPL29P28. Each is linked with MCAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCAM-to-partner and partner-to-MCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-23 grouped by MCAM-low versus MCAM-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
