MCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCAM mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,093 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA5B, TRIO, and TRPM6. Each is linked with MCAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCAM-to-partner and partner-to-MCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEMA5B grouped by MCAM-low versus MCAM-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
