MC2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MC2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 161 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MC2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN11A, ADGRF2, and DCAF8L1. Each is linked with MC2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MC2R-to-partner and partner-to-MC2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MC2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MC2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
