MBTPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, HUWE1, and RPS6KA3_S715. Each is linked with MBTPS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTPS2 versus CTPS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
