Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,962 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBTPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP8, SERGEF, and ATP6V0D2. Each is linked with MBTPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTPS2 versus MMP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
