Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBTPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane protein intracellular domain proteolysis, Regulation of sterol biosynthetic process, and Regulation of cholesterol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MBTPS2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS2 results are reported.
