MBTPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBTPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, TAS2R60, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with MBTPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 grouped by MBTPS2-low versus MBTPS2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
