MBTPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,337 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSDL1, CFDP1, and DHX38. Each is linked with MBTPS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTPS1 versus HSDL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
