Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,869 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, TRBV27, and DNAJC12. Each is linked with MBTPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTPS1 versus ELAPOR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
