MBTPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF667-AS1, B3GNT4, and RNU6-98P. Each is linked with MBTPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF667-AS1 grouped by MBTPS1-low versus MBTPS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
