Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBTPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,890 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL4, FLNA, and FOSL1. Each is linked with MBTPS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTPS1 results are reported.
