Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS4B, MBP_S19, and CTDP1. Each is linked with MBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBP-to-partner and partner-to-MBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
