MBOAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MBOAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by MBOAT2-low versus MBOAT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
