MBNL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBNL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,794 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBNL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FARP1, FEN1, and VRK1. Each is linked with MBNL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBNL2-to-partner and partner-to-MBNL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBNL2 versus FARP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
