MBNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,040 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS10, TBRG4, and ZYX. Each is linked with MBNL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBNL1-to-partner and partner-to-MBNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBNL1 versus RGS10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
