The most reproducible MBNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC9A9, JAML, and ANKRD33B. Each is linked with MBNL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBNL1-to-partner and partner-to-MBNL1 results are reported.
