MBLAC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBLAC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBLAC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C5orf24, HCFC1, and RCOR3. Each is linked with MBLAC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBLAC2-to-partner and partner-to-MBLAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBLAC2 versus C5orf24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBLAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBLAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
