Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBLAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBLAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, ARPC2, and GBP1. Each is linked with MBLAC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBLAC2-to-partner and partner-to-MBLAC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBLAC2 versus CEP55 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBLAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBLAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
