MBIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-741P, RNA5SP410, and RN7SL314P. Each is linked with MBIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBIP-to-partner and partner-to-MBIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-741P grouped by MBIP-low versus MBIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
