MBD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, RO60, and RPL3. Each is linked with MBD5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD5-to-partner and partner-to-MBD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
