Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF4, TOP3A, and MYO19. Each is linked with MBD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD5-to-partner and partner-to-MBD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
