Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,701 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MBD4_S387, MSL1_S126, and CHERP. Each is linked with MBD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD4-to-partner and partner-to-MBD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD4 versus MBD4_S387 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
