Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,702 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with MBD4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD4-to-partner and partner-to-MBD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by MBD4-low versus MBD4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
