MBD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBD4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,458 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT88, CELF2, and SLC35C2. Each is linked with MBD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD4-to-partner and partner-to-MBD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFT88 grouped by MBD4-low versus MBD4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
