The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MBD3L1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MBD3L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MBD3L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
