Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,440 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, TGIF2, and ZNF133. Each is linked with MBD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD3-to-partner and partner-to-MBD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD3 versus MEX3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
