MBD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXLNGY, MIR6894, and MIR8068. Each is linked with MBD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD3-to-partner and partner-to-MBD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXLNGY grouped by MBD3-low versus MBD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
