MBD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with MBD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD3-to-partner and partner-to-MBD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MBD3-low versus MBD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
