MBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, TXNL1, and RPRD1A. Each is linked with MBD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD1 versus SMAD4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
