Across TCGA patient cohorts, MB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MB-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, Ku80, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with MB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB-to-partner and partner-to-MB results are reported.
