Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC3, EPAS1, and ZC2HC1C. Each is linked with MB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB-to-partner and partner-to-MB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
