Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAU2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAU2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MAU2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAU2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

COAD, LAML, and PRAD are the cancer types where MAU2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
