MAU2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,781 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAU2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPU, VEZF1, and SUGP2. Each is linked with MAU2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAU2-to-partner and partner-to-MAU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAU2 versus HNRNPU in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
