Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,731 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, SKP2, and MAP1LC3C. Each is linked with MAU2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAU2-to-partner and partner-to-MAU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAU2 versus HELLS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
