MAU2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5680, MIR582, and RNU6-782P. Each is linked with MAU2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAU2-to-partner and partner-to-MAU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5680 grouped by MAU2-low versus MAU2-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
