Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,797 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAU2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA cis splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with MAU2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAU2-to-partner and partner-to-MAU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA cis splicing, via spliceosome grouped by MAU2-low versus MAU2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
