Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN2A, C16orf92, and SPATA3. Each is linked with MAU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAU2-to-partner and partner-to-MAU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN2A grouped by MAU2-low versus MAU2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
