MATR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, GAPDH, and Rad50. Each is linked with MATR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATR3-to-partner and partner-to-MATR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MATR3-low versus MATR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
