MATR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MATR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 364 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1MW2, OR1E1, and CYP39A1. Each is linked with MATR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATR3-to-partner and partner-to-MATR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1MW2 grouped by MATR3-low versus MATR3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
